Pro CeDi Group is a trading enterprise established in Waterford Ireland in 2013. Operates in Ghana under the trading name Pro CeDi Ventures.

  • We are a one stop shop for taking title of your products and services for sale in international markets. We do this by taking the exclusive rights in Ghana, Ireland, United Kingdom and West Africa and through facilitating the process of due diligence investigations and generally assisting with the purchase, sale and sourcing of products and services. We also sell our own private label brands through products sourced from manufacturers and provide agency services to companies interested in extending their markets in global markets.

Immanuel is a Mental Health Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery council of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and a veteran in the British Army. Immanuel Wiredu began his career with GCB Bank Ltd. He worked in Marketing department and the Card Centre of the Bank. Immanuel was educated in Ireland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ghana where he gained MSc in Business Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship, BA(Hons) in International Business, Fetac Level 5 in Computer Network Maintenance, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing. He is a commercially minded professional, team player, an emotionally intelligent individual with analytical ability and excellent organisation skills. Immanuel has worked with multicultural teams in England, Wales, Ireland and the Czech Republic. Immanuel’s years of experience working in commercial and healthcare environments have given him the capability to build positive relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners and suppliers.

Joshua is a physiotherapist assistant and a co-founder of the enterprise. He is a creative, talented and practical individual with a hands on approach to life. A graduate in Business in Information Technology (Institute of Technology Blanchardstown, Ireland) having earned a Certificate in Export Marketing from Dublin Business School, Ireland.

Nicholas is a member of the advisory board. He is a very proficient qualified accountant and an MBA holder with excellent communication skills and over ten years of all-round accounting and finance experience including working with Treasury and Finance divisions of Ghana Commercial Bank Limited. Experience acquired over the period through working with various departments within the Bank has taught Nicholas how to build strong relationships both within and outside of the organisation. He possesses the capability of delivering accurate and timely financial and management information to meet deadlines and to aid decision making. His expertise includes: Taxation, Financial Market Analysis, Financial Controls, coaching and Mentoring, Business Analytics, Working Capital Management, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting. Nicholas is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK and a holder of MBA from Oxford Brookes University UK.
Madam Abena Antwiwaa
Business Owner
Madam Abena Antwiwaa is the financier and coordinator of Pro CeDi Group & Pro CeDi Ventures respectively. She worked several years as a cook at the Ghana Medical School Canteen.Abena Antwiwaa resigned in the 1980’s and went into self employment trading in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG’s).

Co-Founder
Mimilia is a registered Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery council of the United Kingdom. She has extensive experience in frailty and older adults’ assessment units, acute wards, mental health liaison and community and social care.Mimilia is a co-founder of the firm. She is an astute and highly analytical person with excellent human relations skills. She serves as a member of the advisory board. A Chartered Marketer with a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing UK), BA (Hons) in Applied Social Studies in Social Care,(Waterford Institute of Technology Ireland ), Fetac Level 5 in Community and Health Services (Waterford College of Further Education Ireland ) and Certificate in European Computer Drivers Licence (ECDL).She is an ex-employee of Home Instead Ireland. Her Hobbies include cooking, reading, movies and socialising with friends and family.

Harold is the chairman of the enterprise. He has 22 years’ experience in Property/Materials and Supply Chain, 15 years of which has been spent working OCONUS in the Middle East and South West Asia for US Defense Contracting Companies. Working knowledge of Supply System, including both Wholesale and Retail Operations, an astute and multi-tasking leader with qualitative experience in the Maintenance /Supply Repair Parts, Shelf Life Program, Logistics Mission Planning, Transportation, Material Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving, Property Management, Computer Inventory Management, Receiving, Issuing, Stock Control, Turn-ins, Contract/Procurement, and Project Planning.
