Drops keys at reception

- No parties or events allowed without authorisation
- No unregistered or undocumented guests allowed
- Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
- Please turn off the air conditioners when out. Fair usage policy of air conditioners required
- Turn off all lights in the rooms when you go out but leave the lights in the communal areas on.
- Do not leave wet towels on the furniture
- Inform Reception about any spills/ stains and damage immediately
- No candles allowed
- No pets allowed

Housekeeping
You are responsible for housekeeping in your own rooms. Housekeeping in the communal areas are undertaken by the caretaker.

Laundry and Cleaning
You are responsible for using the shared washing machine to do your own laundry. Washing machine tablets are available for a fee - $ 1.29 per washing tablet. Contact reception.

Keys
Please protect your keys Return your keys to reception when exiting the facility. Lost keys are charged at $ 51.51 per day

An iron with an ironing board is available upon request from the reception. Use your radio phone for request

Smoking
By law smoking is prohibited in all public & communal areas of the facility including the front and back porch/veranda and ONLY allowed in designed area near the vent in the wall-(Staff will direct you to the location on your 1st day),Any evidence found that smoking in a bedroom has occurred will incur an automatic $257.54 dollars /equivalent in Ghana cedis and guest removed from the facility without refund to payment for room/s booked. For the evidence of doubt the facility considers the use of e-cigarettes as smoking
