We have CCTV cameras in all the public and communal areas on the compound. Our standard primed top bend electric bars on our walls and gates ensures intruders cannot stand on top of the walls and gates to get into our premises.

The facility has its own onsite water filtration system by employing reverse osmosis technology to supply water to the accommodation without relying on the national water system.
